Derek sighed, this was his first day as a teacher. In all honesty Derek didn't like school, in fact he hated it as a child but he figured the reason being all his teachers were all old-coots with mild-toned voices and crooked fingers with the occasional lazy eye every few grades he'd get into. The man chuckled lightly to himself before smiling, that's why he was in this career. He knew kids don't pay attention unless it's entertaining to learn, he figured the school would realize this but no changes have been made so it seemed the poor students were out of luck. He quickly shook his head before realizing the bell was ringing in his ears.Crap the door is still locked. Quicky, he ran over to the door and opened it with a welcoming and charming smile as he watched a few kids walk closer to him. The man wasn't old himself, being 21 he could easily relate to his students. "Welcome to History, take a seat anywhere you'd like." He said in a smooth voice before extending his arm towards the room as if showing them it was open.
