Battling For Alpha Rank

Jace dodged the mud pile and paw. He stood there with a grin on his face. His tail was held high and his head was bent in a snarl, his ears laid back and tail lasing. He grinned again and waited for him to make a move.

Alex stood still, his brown (at the moment) tail swishing back and forth, and his muscles bulging under his coat. After a long moment, he faked an attack to the left and the lunged forward and  bit at Jace's shoulder.

Jace put his paws out before he could bite him In the shoulder knocking him back from biting. He snarled and jumped at him,

Alex growled in Jace's face before he jumped to the side again as Jace jumped at him. But this time he jumped beside the other wolf, aiming to either bite his side or claw his side.

Jace felt claws on his side and turned so fast he was surprised himself. He charged at the wolf, not giving him a chance to back up. He snapped his jaws hard hoping to get anything.

Alex instead of moving he took a step forward and leapt as far as he could over the other wolf. But when he landed, he slid in the mud. But he quickly got up and noticed his back paw was bleeding from Jaces bite. It stung but he could still put pressure on it. SO then he took a step and swatted a paw at Jacs hind leg again before hit bit at his tail.

Jace turned and dodged his attacks. He fake attacked by going for his shoulder and dived his head down at the last second and went to bite his leg.

Alex though, didn't fall for the fake. So he stepped to the side just in time. The he lunged forward and swiped a paw at his side then bit at his shoulder again.

Jace smiled as he dodged and felt the paw at his side but dodged so he didn't get a bit at his shoulder. He swiped mud in his eyes and rolled in mud, he ran before he could rub it out and hid waiting for the right time to jump at him knowing it would take him a while to find him as he hid his scent with the mud.

When Jace ran off, Alex was confused. Did he win? Did he lose? Was it a set up? He couldn't answer it. So instead his pricked his ears and smelled the air for any trace of JAce's scent. But was ready for an attack.

Jace listened and waited. He moved silently to the next bush, he kept listening. He waited till the right time to jump out and strike.

Alex kept his ears pricked, and turned in circles. He know didn't think the battle was over. So he kept his muscles bunched and prepared for an attack.

Jace suppressed a laugh. He waited for him to turn his back and then when he did he jumped out vet silently and charged at him. He hoped to tackle him and get the advantage.

When Jace charged, Alex whipped around but was hit it the side. He rolled through the mud, but before Jace could get a hold on him he stood up after shaking him off. Then he swiped a paw at Jace's face with both paws.

Jace dodged the hits and with new energy he swiped a paw at his face and growled. He snapped his jaws trying to get a grip on anything.

Alex growled and ducked to dodge the paw, and the bites only pulled out even more fur. Then he jumped up, swinging his head in hopes to box Jace's jaw. But then smacked at him with a paw.

Jace dodged the jaw bite and saw the paw coming to him. He open his jaws and went to bite down on the paw hoping to get another bite on him.

Jace: 11 Times Hit

Alex: 9 Times Hit




Jace: Health was at 59% and is now at 28%

Alex: Health was at 67% and now is at 39%

As Alex saw Jace's mouth open, he whipped his paw back, letting the other wolf's jaws slam shut. Then he lunged forward, ducking his head in hopes to get a bite on Jace's throat. While at the time he tried to cut at his front legs with his paws.

(Congrats!) Jace saw him go for his throat and went to dodge. He fell to te ground as Alex's jaws wee around his throat. He stayed down as he had won the battle by pinning him. He watched him with a smile and nodded telling him he had won.

Alex remained with his grip until Jace nodded, the he released him and even tried to help him up. Then he nodded his head, signaling in a good fight way.

Jace accepted as he tried to help him up. He stood up and bowed his head and said in the pack link "alpha" all his respect. He went behind a tree and changed into the extra clothes. He threw Alec some and waited for him to change.

Alex nodded, still taking in his new title. Alpha...wow... he thought to himself, lost in his head for a moment. Soon he caught the clothes gently in his jaws and went  behind another tree and changed. Then he came out, and walked up to the waiting Jace.

Jace looked at him "nice fight" he said. He shook the mud from his hair and laughed "and dirty" he said.
