The Horse Trails

Skyler arrived at the horse stables and brought out her horse. After she put on her bridle and sadle she mounted her. She had always loved her horse and went on rides almost everyday. She sighed in contentment as she rode slowly.

On this sunny day, Alex decided to go enjoy a nice horseback ride. He went to the horse stables, getting greeted by his big stallion, Ace. After a moment he patted his forehead and brought him out of his stall. When he had him all tacked up he swung into the saddle, trotting out of the barn. Then he saw Skyler. Quickly he tapped Ace into a canter until they were beside them, when he greeted, "Hello Skyler."

Skyler was riding happily when she saw her alpha, Alex. She bowed her head while riding "Alpha" she said and turned her head back to the trail. She smiled at his horse "that is a beautiful horse you there" she said admiring it.

Alex nodded back to her, smiling down at Ace. Then he replied, "Thank you, you too. That is a very fine looking horse." As the trail led down a hill, Alex leaned back a bit so he wasn't falling face first.

Skyler watched as he leaned back and let go of the rains. She watched as her horse knew exactly what to do, she smiled. She pulled her legs up and sat crossed legged only holding on to the horn of the saddle.

Alex grinned and turned around in the saddle, laying back against Ace's neck. Then he burst out laughing for no real reason, he just thought this was funny.

Skyler laughed "you asked for it" she said and stood up on her sadle. Her horse, Sally knew what to do when she did this. Her mother trained her to do this before she got bitten.

Once again, Alex laughed, standing up in the saddle also. Then he made a 'kissing' sound that made Ace start a canter, so Alex crossed his arms, balancing carefully.

Skyler giggled and snapped her fingers which made Sally go into a gallop. She looked at him with her eye browns raised and a smirk on her face.

Alex grinned wider, making Ace  gallop right beside Sally and Skyler, I raised my eyebrows and said, "What now?" jokingly of course.

Skyler shrugged and began to giggle as a branch was coming her alphas way. She waited for it to hit him in the face.

Alex tilted his head and looked in front of him, too late. He was smacked straight in the face, thrown off his horse. But he was lucky enough to flip and land on his feet. Then he whistled calling Ace back to him.

Skyler sat down and rode over to him "are you alright Alex" she asked giggling at his branch shaped red mark on his face. She jumped off and looked at him still giggling.

Alex all of a sudden burst out laughed, rubbing his head as he did. Then he nodded, "yeah, I'm fine." Then he grinned and swung back on his horse, galloping in a sign for a race.

Skyler smiled and climbed onto her horse. She followed him her horse racing past him with a funny face.
